All is fair in the game of Love and War.  All is fair in the Murder Trial of Casey Anthony?   Perhaps, when law authorities feel they are being defiled and the suspect isn’t cooperating with the program I get the notion that the game changes drastically. I believe this is the case concerning the disappearance and murder of Casey Anthony’s daughter, an innocent child Caylee Marie Anthony.  In the Game of Justice, authorities were desperate for any statement from Casey Anthony who was last to see her alive.

As the public speculates the abundance of circumstantial evidence, the State Attorney’s Office and investigators are desperately scampering for physical evidence and at least one self incriminating statement from Casey Anthony.  This has upped the ante and is now a “no holds barred” WrestleMania with the arrival of the jailhouse snitches along with a rogue jailhouse correction officer named Silvia Hernandez leading the way.

Courtesy of Officer Silvia Hernandez aka “Shannon”, inmates Robin Adams and Maya Derkovic were allowed to correspond with Casey Anthony orally and through letters written and passed through library books. Maya Derkovic inserted herself as well claiming Casey admitted to using chloroform to knock her daughter out so she could go out to party.  Robin Adams had less to offer about Casey.  Although, Robyn Adams who in a letter to an outside friend, Tracy Nealley, admitted she wanted to make a deal with prosecutors to obtain a lighter sentence. In any case, these letters were made public by mid-April 2010. Subsequently, Officer Silvia Hernandez was fired by early July 2010 leaving the public to speculate her motivation for participating in such a corrupt activity.

July 17, 2010 ~

The Orlando Sentinel reported Casey Anthony’s defense attorney, Jose Baez received a call from someone named Robin Lunceford in May who said she was an ex-inmate at Lowell Correction Institution, and that she was a friend who had conspired with a woman named Maya Derkovic to create a lie about Casey Anthony whom she knew from Orange County Jail.

The topics discussed during the conversation include talk that “Lunceford along with Maya Derkovic conspired with Robyn Adams” to possibly benefit by lying to the state prosecutors about Casey Anthony.

Baez contends he did not know the call was being recorded by prison staff and therefore filed a motion to seal what he calls an illegally recorded phone conversation he had with a state prisoner, Robin Lunceford.

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry said he will schedule a hearing later to consider Baez’s request.  Casey’s attorney, Jose Baez argues that “disclosure of the unlawfully intercepted conversation would be a third-degree felony.”

As for, Robin Lunceford, who isn’t new to the sport of jailhouse snitching, is also a witness against Geralyn Graham who is facing charges in the 2001 disappearance of 4yo foster child, Rilya Wilson of Miami-Dade County, Florida.  Geralyn Graham, foster mother of Rilya Wilson, while incarcerated met up with inmate Robin Lunceford under the guise that she could help her with her legal problems. It’s been said, Robin Lunceford also plays paralegal from her jailhouse office.  Lunceford is now a State witness who will testify against Geralyn Graham.

This is my opinion:
In the Game of Justice, to play the Jailhouse Snitch Card is disgrace to both sides, even more so for the State Attorneys Office because they acted first.  It’s my opinion it’s a sign of weakness and in fairness in this “game”,  I hope Judge Perry rules in Jose Baez’s favor.

As I mentioned before, I don’t read the media views of what I can read for myself. I like to sit down with a legal pad and take notes. Here’s what I found interesting.
Pg 8 of 516 – Lee the molester? Maybe GA too? IDK
pg 10 of 516 – KC talks about her love for Caylee. Her plan was to leave. ( I’m right about the plan )
pa 30 of 516 – KC says GA either quit of loss his job but continued to leave the house without telling CA his whereabouts. (could this be when he was with River Cruz)
pg 51 of 516 – KC is pissed that CA for bringing someone connected to the Today Show to court. (exactly when IDK)
pg 53 of 516 – KC says Lee was working for LE when he was asking her questions in jailhouse visits in July & Aug. She says GA hurt her too.
pg 54 of 516 – LOL! Cindy is writing a book. CA has trademarked the name “Caylee” and wants to trademark Casey’s name too.
pg 63 of 516 – Robin’s letter to Tracy Nealy. She wants to know if she could cash-in on the Casey letters.
pg 68 of 516 – dated 04-02-09
pg 70 of 516 – states she’s known Robin for 6 months (approx Nov 2008)
pg 78 of 516 – KC begs to have her little girl back..what she wouldn’t give – says she’s always with her.
pg 81 of 516 – KC talks about taking a shower in the dark @ home. She leaves the door open so she can hear Caylee if she wakes up. “memories”..she says.
pg 87 of 516 – note* if KC sneezes in court. oh oh (joke)
pg 98 of 516 – Robyn’s letter to Tracy. Robyn apologizes for writing to KC. “This may be my only way out of prison sooner than my expected term” Robyn admits the reason why she writes to KC, to use her as a bargaining chip. 1st time Robyn mentions David Badali. She compares herself to David Badali and how he betrayed her. Tracy might be encouraging Robyn as well.
pg 100 of 516 – note* Robyn’s husband, Clay’s father is a judge and knows alot of attorneys. Wow.
pg 103 of 516 – who is Pearl Croft?
pg 120 of 516 – Letter from Robyn to Tracy thanking her for doing something with KC’s letters. She thinks KC is not right. (crazy?)
pg 165 of 516 – KC says “joy” to her is Caylee. How she misses her.
pg 175 of 516 – Robyn writes to BFF (Tracy) I’ve been allowed to secretly come out late @ night to have chats with KC. KC is very distraught when they are diving in river. (Econ) Must be writing about the time LP was diving in Econ River. KC was very upset. Ironically, the diver who found the bones was David Badali. Officer Hernandez is encouraging the Robyn to talk with KC.
I’m amazed by the press and what they’re reporting. Lots of embellishments. Wow, that’s scary.

I’m not in total disagreement with yesterday’s ruling. In my opinion, Jose Baez went through the motions of trying to retrieve TES information for a reason. He’ll use this fact during trial, a typical defense tragedy.
.
Actually, I don’t think Baez needs it anyway. Joe Jordan says he searched Area A where Caylee’s remains were eventually found. He claims there was nothing there in early September when he searched. Laura Buchanan may have gone to Suburban Drive and I believe she did. Many people went to look on their own without TES or any other organization. Look at Roy Kronk. He went alone, 4 times that we know of. So people were very interested in finding little Caylee. I think this is true.
32 other searchers will agree with Joe Jordan and Laura Buchanan. No remains found in September 2008. Nope, nope, nope.
If the prosecution wants to use the excuse of “high water” for not finding Caylee, than that’s fine. But to a juror, this excuse could raise reasonable doubt. Begging the question, was baby Caylee there all along? Roy Kronk will say yes, but unfortunately, his claim can not be proven because Officer Richard Cain and other LE were unable to find her on 3 different occasions in middle August 2008. Investigating officers have excuses too. The prosecution will admit Officer Cain was fired. It will be explained why in court. It seems the prosecution has a lot of excuses. “Was Caylee there all along?” hmm..Thought provoking.
I’m sitting on pins and needles waiting for inmate Casey Anthony’s jailhouse letters to inmate Robyn Adams who is facing 10 years on a drug charge, along with her husband who happens to be an X-cop from a nearby county. Of course these letters were allowed by a helpful jailhouse guard. When I heard about this, I laughed out loud. This tragic saga wouldn’t be complete without the correspondence letters from a “jailhouse snitch.”
Without having read any of the letters, I’ll go out on a limb and state, these letters will not reveal much. From what’s been hinted so far, they contain lots of “Cindy & George” bashing. Where will they fit in the picture, I do not know. My question, “What does this have to do with the price of oranges?”
In any case, it’ll be good reading and I suspect it’ll be the topic of many discussions and more frivolous speculation. The blogs will be booming with hecklers and skeptics.
