Wow, what a crazy way to start the day, huh?

As soon as I saw it, I knew it was going to be big in the media. Hell, it’s been televised here locally in N.O. in the midst of all of the football hoopla!! Even though she’s been acquitted of 1st degree murder, the media seems to pretend that the trial didn’t happen. They just CAN’T GET ENOUGH of this chick! That’s the part that I find newsworthy. Casey Anthony, the woman the world loves to hate. There’s got to be a mortal sin in this somewhere, I just don’t know what it is.
Okay, so I watched it too. My first observation, she’s wearing sunglasses. Is that what a person does when they make a video diary, wear sunglasses? Okay, so I don’t think it’s an accident that this video surfaced. I think Casey feels totally isolated and was testing the waters to see if it’s safe to come out of hiding.
To Casey,
Well Casey, it’s not safe to come out and maybe never will be but since this video was released, whether it be an accident, intentional or otherwise, I hope you continue to share your thoughts with the world.
The more you do it, the less sensational your voice and face will become. You see Casey, you are an enigma. I don’t know if this is intentionally or if it’s because you really are that confused but whatever the case, keep up the good work. As a matter of fact, be more forthcoming. Be yourself and smile. It will get better.

I watched a geraldo thing and he said jb has moved to miami and that he is ready to move on. It does not surpise him at all. But there was no mention of kc firing him. The same with simms, why should she stick around? at some point, they should all reveal they are off of the case. She only needs CM to take care of the appeals. I am happy for the former lawyers and know that they will always support kc.

The 25-year-old Anthony was acquitted last July of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in a trial that captured the nation’s attention. Anthony didn’t know who fathered Caylee, the psychiatrist, Jeff Danziger, recounted in a deposition that was unsealed by a Florida judge and released Wednesday. Danziger interviewed Anthony five times over two years but never testified at her murder trial.”
“Two beers, possibly given another drug. Woke up passed out,” said Danziger, reading from notes he took during an interview with Anthony in November 2010. “Don’t remember anything at a party, age 18. This is how she said she got pregnant.”
Anthony is serving a year of probation at an undisclosed location in Florida on a check fraud charge.
Anthony showed no evidence of mental illness and had normal results on a psychological test, Danziger said in the deposition. He described that as surprising, given her circumstances in the Orange County Jail as a suspect in her daughter’s slaying. Her temperament was calm, cooperative and pleasant, he said.
“You would expect that would provoke some measure of distress, whether someone genuinely did it, whether someone was falsely accused,” Danziger said. “If my child was missing and I was in jail being accused of it, I probably wouldn’t eat and wouldn’t be cheerful and wouldn’t be able to read.”
Danziger said he was reluctant to recount all the information Anthony told him during his interviews with her, especially allegations that she had been sexually abused and her contention that her father played a role in covering up Caylee’s death. Anthony told the psychiatrist that her father had found Caylee’s drowned body in the family’s swimming pool, helped disposed of it and then covered it up. During the trial, George Anthony denied playing any role in Caylee’s disappearance or death.
Defense attorneys said during the trial that Anthony’s father molested her when she was young, and Anthony told Danziger the same thing. George Anthony vehemently denied the allegation on the witness stand and defense attorneys provided no evidence to support it.
“As he has repeatedly said prior to the trial, during the trial and after the trial he never molested any member of his family including Casey Anthony,” George Anthony’s attorney, Mark Lippman, said Wednesday. “He had nothing to do with the death of Caylee Marie Anthony including what happened to her remains after she allegedly drowned.”
Danziger didn’t want to become “a vector” of her allegations of crimes against individuals who may not have done anything wrong, he said.

As far as I know I have not seen any actual documents as far as charts/graphs/ terst scores. There were some basic tests done ans scored but from both Dr’s perspectives she didn’t fit the criteria for any mental illeness other then a V code. V code defined by them as something one would seek mental health help for but not a mental illness. Stuff like prior or current abuse, divorce, death in the family, etc. Dr D keep saying even though she acted happy or upbeat he felt that there was something going on (not normal) he just wasn’t sure what it was. Dr W on the other hand admits fully that she exibits classic signs of sexual abuse/trauma in her everyday life & dealings with others. He had no problem considering it an option and didn’t want to rule it out without FURTHER INVESTIGATION OF GEORGE and the allegations.
Anyone think — one Casey finishes her probation ..she will file charges against George?
What I am wondering now is what Dana told us comming true?Are Casey & Cindy banding together against George? Will they finally reveal what supposed evidence it was that convinced them her allegations were true? Will there be formal charges filed? Will more evidence then come forth? So many questions STILL!!
I don’t know hazaka…if I were her, I would probably want to just run and hide away from everything for awhile…but at the same time, if what she says in these depos really happened, and I tend to believe there is truth in them and that she has been abused by him for years, then maybe for she will. I mean, this is her life now…it’s already been thrown out there for all the world to see and judge so maybe she will try to set the record straight and FINALLY hold him accountable for the lives he’s ruined. I mean just watching him on the videos, during media interviews and reading his interviews with LE, I always thought he was a very shady character…a very bad man who was hiding LOTS. Reading these depos…now there is NO doubt in my mind that he is not the man he tries to portray.
My question that I just can answer…why in the world would Cindy still stay with him. It is SO clear that he continually cheats on her, steals from her, uses her…is she THAT dumb? I just don’t get that. WHY has she chosen him over her kids?

Zuben, thanks for sharing that. I too can easily believe she was a victim of rape and that is how Caylee was conceived. I wish they would find out who did that to her. All to frequently victims are called liars and dismissed while predators are allowed to roam free.

I just read Weitz’ first depo. I applaud Mason for his “inappropriate commentary”, as Ashton put it, that it is bizarre that Ashton thinks that sexual assault can not be violent. If it is defined as assault, it is a violence committed against another person. Now, not all that are labeled sexual offenders are violent but I think there is no doubt that any sexual offense against a daughter is violent. They have reason to believe they will be hurt if they don’t comply, emotionally, if not physically.
By the way, something made me go back to the home and George’s phone records. George called the home phone 1 minute before calling Casey’s cell that day. I thought it was strange that there are no incoming calls to the house shown on the home phone records and this proves they are incomplete. Boy would I love to see the cell pings for George. Could he have told her he had put her somewhere to teach her a lesson and that if she told, she would never get her back? She couldn’t really know if Caylee was permanently dead or not if George took her away. It took her a long time to attempt to call her mother but might she have been calling her to find out if George took her there or if she had talked to him? All I know is that it was not a normal routine thing for him to call Casey. Most of his calls were to the home after Cindy would be home and to Cindy’s cell.

Thejbmission: I too do not understand what JA has over JP. I realize that they worked together on case way back when when they were both prosecutors. They go way back. They are both very much pro death penalty. JP even went to watch an execution. I am not sure this last move by JP was to help JA. It certainly cleared Jose of making the whole story up. It is obvious that opening statements came from kc now. Jeff didn’t want to talk about the detail. There is your timeline straight from kc’s mouth. We were all suspicious of that 4 hour time period of silence all along.

Reading the second part of Dr. Weitz’s depo and wow…to me, so much is making sense…the timelines are making sense, and George’s coverup attempts, I believe, are exposed. So interested to know what you all think. I know it must be very hard on KC for these to come out, but in all honesty, I think they help her and I think Georgie must be getting very, very nervous!
BTW…can someone tell me, was it George that called Cindy to tell her the pool ladder was left up? Just wondering if he was the one that planted that little piece into the story?

I am amazed that everytime a professional says something that supports anything Casey said they automatically become some “paid off by the defense” person. Dr. Danzinger was under contract as a State JAC employee and was paid by the State JAC program. But because he reported some things that are in support of Casey’s position now he suddenly is some kink of quack? Get real people!
All the people who have anything postitive or supporting to say about Casey are suddenly liars, quacks, paid off people, etc. Wow, and all manipulated by Casey’s “lies”. Wow! What a powerful woman she is! LOL, people see only what they only want to see. NTS – I also wonder if the future SA election might be in play in some of what is going on. I wonder, like you said, how would the election affect Judge Perry. Does the unsealing of the documents help or hurt Ashton as far as his run for office. I have not yet read the depositions, but if Jeff comes accross as a real jerk, is that something his opponents could use to their advantage? If Ashton had taken the depositions more seriously could the state have more effectivly prosecuted the case? In other words, someone could say that the prosecution should have known what was coming in Jose’s opening statement and done more to prevent the jury being so influenced by it, therefore they (emphasis on Jeff) blew it. JMO

Often with victims of sexual abuse when they begin to reveal the shameful family secrets it is let out a little bit at a time to see how they will be responded to before they keep going on to say what the whole truth is for them. What really made it clear that something was not right in the Anthony home was Cindy’s response to h Casey, “So that is why you are a whore.”? This is sadly a classic response by a mother not wanting to face what she may actually already know herself. This was also reinforced by Lee Anthony’s testimony about the extremely confictual relationship between Casey and their mother. Lee’s testimony also reinforced to me clinically that this was a deeply disturbed family with each person struggling for power and control wrapped with rage, anger and confusion.

Are there any people here that would like to see Nancy Grace taken off air? Her mouth is sexually animated and disagree or not her “guests” (invited) are what make up her show. Unless they are paid and her performances are a plan and the guests know that, it would seem to me that she violates the decency a host should hold to in her conducting a tv program. I will not call it news because her “breaking news” is old news by the time she chews it up. JMOO

Jeff says, don’t try cases you can’t win. Well I agree, but Jeff actually did the opposite. He had a case that he was not finding real evidence and he added the death penalty. Now he blames that on Lamar, yet it was Jeff that argued for it pretrial and essentially taking Andrea Lyons out of the mix. Ryan Williams has many opportunities to show that Jeff does not mean what he says. IMO

YES…Bombshell Tonight…Nancy Grace makes up her own “truths”…she calls KC a liar…she only need to look in the mirror to see one of those. She’s probably still calling KC a psychopath even though every doctor that has examined her has said she’s not. How can she continue to just spew lies??? I just feel sorry for the people who actually believe the crap that comes out of her mouth. Sheep…being led astray!!
Its not just the kc case with Nancy. She picks her pets right away and goes with it. She does not care about truth. Her style of Justice is bad for America all around.
I think NG should not only be off the air, I think she should be in jail for causing a suicide.
Thanks all, sometimes I think it is just me and I try to shut my mind on it. I do not make a habit of watching her but sometimes when I do she just got to me. There is a better way to talk about these issues and still have her opinion and you are all right, no doubt she is making money off her disgusting habits. What I don’t get is why a network would allow her to continue unless they are of the same kind.
The sad thing is that like the operating manuals for the military, media is written for the 8th grade level of understanding. NG is for those below that level of which it appears there are many. It is a sad commentary about the intelligence of the average american.
To have this (NG) type of show so popular (along with the TMZ type media sites) makes it easy to understand how politicians can lead the average american around by their noses. It is also difficult for those who are above this “average” level to understand how those types of media appeal to people. This is why Asston appeals to the NG fans.
They think he is “cute”, they think he fought for the death penalty for Casey because he “cared” about Caylee. LOL, that is so far from the truth – he is just another wanna be politician who is angry that he was put on the “shelf” for years by his boss. This is not the first time Lamar had to reprimand Jeffy. Look at his cases where he held back evidence from the jury, etc. He did not learn his lesson and now he has a chance to shove it up Lamar’s patootie. That is reality but it is too deep for the NG crowd to understand.
Oh well, they will elect the representation they deserve. If he wins and it comes back to bite them back they will have another excuse for their hero’s actions. Can’t reason with “dumb”.
Oh Boy, Noni you really said so much. I really love people use the wares given us. If not for people like here we would only be led by those who play the game to benefit themselves. A couple of comments about Danziger’s 2nd depo. It was at this time the defense decided to drop him from the witness list. Smart move. But Ashton demanded to depose him anyway, also saying he might want to add him as their witness. Two cases were cited as proof that the state could not depose or add to their witness list, an expert that was on the defense’s list but was removed. Pouncy vs State and Lovett vs State. But hard headed Ashton couldn’t get it through his head, even after Perry shut down the depo, agreeing with the Defense. But what is more troublesome, is why did Perry allow them to add defense experts to the state witness list? Am I missing something?
I got a chuckle from the fact that Ashton doesn’t like being recorded when he isn’t the one calling the shots and doesn’t know what is coming. I asked the principal at our local public school if I could record a conversation once. Him refusing spoke volumes about his character.
Burdick was as obnoxious as Ashton in Weitz’ second depo,they way she kept interrupting Baez and wouldn’t acknowledge that he had a legal basis for objecting to Ashton’s behavior. Isn’t there a code of ethics they are supposed to abide too as well as not intimating a witness?
So, Caylee went to bed in pjs and George put on last years clothing, just as I suspected. I also agree that she may have been a perfectionist, judging by her photography and some other things. Pisces out of balance is super critical and demanding of self, the out of balance reflection of Virgo. I also agree that no way would Caylee take any kind of abuse without verbalizing it. You can tell by that expression she often has in photographs. I also have to agree that C’s & G’s sex life is likely nonexistent. They have absolutely no, that is 0 spark between them astrologically. It is more like a mother-child relationship. They do have some things that attracted and keep them together but it isn’t a sexual attraction. Their strengths together are problem solving, communication, aggressiveness that can bring success or be used for violence, and creativity, imagination. On the other hand, George’s synestry is very high in the energies that bring sexual response, toward Casey and Caylee, with little violence potential and just enough disturbance/upheaval with Caylee that it could have really been an accident that he is responsible for, not Casey. There is a substantial amount of aggressive energy between Casey and Caylee but it can also be used for competition, which looks to be the case. Now, this isn’t proof that George was sexual with them. The same energy can be used for other kinds of intercourse, a rapport that is channeled in directions other than sex. I’m sure all of you have experienced this type of connection with someone. It is more than sharing things in common. It is more like a deep appreciation of the synestry of blending the male and female parts of ourselves. They make us feel whole in some way, like we’re truly heard and understood. I have a couple of sons that have this kind of connection with me. The opposite sex parent has such an important role in us growing up to be whole individuals. But if that energy is misused, it might lead her to seek that through other men and explains why she prefers male instead of female friends. She needs to experience this harmony in a healthy relationship.
Casey has been betrayed by nearly everyone she allowed herself to trust, her parents, George more than Cindy, Jesse. The other two guys didn’t turn on her though, did they? I think Lee has done his best to be a good brother, to make up for any wrong doing on his part. I think what Casey said he did is a lot more common than anyone would like to admit. The difference is whether they acknowledge they crossed a boundary that needed to be respected or not.

You’re probably right Sam. I’m sure the book was in the works by that time. I’ve heard something similar to that and also, the sins of the father visited upon the sons. I know we are given our family karma to work on cleansing or suffer the conseaquences if we don’t. As determined as I was not to allow my family karma to visit me it founds its way in somehow. One good example is being taken away from my mom. I was determined to be the best mom I could. My kids were my life. When I seperated from my ex the only thing he could think of to hurt me was to accuse me of being an unfit mother because he knew my history. I was unfit because I homeschooled them for 20 years. I guess he was just an innocent spectator. Can you believe that? The oldest was on the deans list at 14 out at the community college. His surface plan didn’t work but his greater plan did, unfortunately. I was successful though, in passing the family karma test. I not only didn’t lose custody of my sons, I didn’t carry bitterness forward like my mom. I suspect Lee was successful too according to Casey’s story. I only hope Casey is able to put an end to her inheritance.

If Ashton had taken the depositions more seriously could the state have more effectivly prosecuted the case? In other words, someone could say that the prosecution should have known what was coming in Jose’s opening statement and done more to prevent the jury being so influenced by it, therefore they (emphasis on Jeff) blew it. I agree. And IF I remb correctly, JA said they KNEW that Jose was going to use this this and FELT they had strong enough “evidence” with the trunk evidence and the 84 searches and so forth. I think he said this in one of his first interviews the day or so after the verdict. I have still not had time or frame of mind to sit down and read the whole release but, so far it makes me feel like what has been discussed here prior and so forth, that I truly tend to believe that is alot of truth to what happened.

Like you, I haven’t had the mindset to read/listen to released psyche report. After reading all the comments, I believe there is much truth in Casey’s perceived lies meaning what others have called lies may not be lies at all.
Remember when Casey was asked at Universal Studios, “how is this helping find your daughter” <–paraphrasing, she said, "it is in a backwards way".
Early on, when I was asked why I didn't believe Casey murdered Caylee, I always responded it was because of the lies. The lies didn't make sense because all of them could have easily been disproved. It was a huge sign to me that something else was going on here.

So true, COL! I find it horrifying that so many people are so ignorant about the magnitude of child sex abuse. It believe it’s the number one problem for children. I also know firsthand that once you are traumatized by a family member you are at higher risk for being abused by others. There are typically three responses to tremendous stress: fight, flight, and freeze. Children will often freeze simply because they are so powerless. The ignorance around this very important topic disturbs me like nothing else.

so i spoke with this woman friend of mine from years back, she had fallen on hard times and needed to do something to get income into the house. she was left with kids, health issues and no one to help, so she did something she never thought she would, she signed up to take those 976 calls, well after about two weeks, she quit… the reason she quit was not due to lack of income, for she did well and thankfully was able to get out of a hole and get a better job, less pay but way less stress, and peace of mind…
this woman used to cry to me about how awful the calls were, in her experience, 98% of her calls were from men who wanted her to act like she was under 16 and or their underage sister
how sick is that ???!!!!!!! but those are the calls she got… her perception on life has changed since doing that, and sadly it shows the state of what the poor innocent children have to live with…

As for Cindy cleaning out the car, she cleaned out the car before the 911 call. As soon as George brought it home from the tow yard. I’d guess at around 2:30 or 3:00 pm. She called 911 later that evening after hunting Casey down.

I pretty much knew it was made around Feb 2009 as there are similar Haleigh Cummings photos only instead of Jesus actually holding Haleigh, he is holding a photo of her. The Caylee and Haleigh pics were made at the same time by the same person, a WS caser.

Apparently Bringkidshome took it upon himself to collect and discard the wooden cross and toys, even though he hasn’t yet obtained rights to the property. Don’t get me wrong,,,I think it is useless to buy toys to leave in the woods when there are living children that could benefit. I don’t know if any of you have been keeping an eye on the diary gossip mill but there were more photos showing up a couple days ago, supposedly compliments of Rob Hensley, through Jason, who is trying to ‘defend’ Casey. The whole thing is beyond belief. If any of the captured comments are legit, he accessed Casey’s email account through the password that was made public through discovery. If Casey never changed any of the passwords that could easily happen. Would she be stupid enough to do that? Well, I wouldn’t exactly call it stupid. Naive is a better word for this. She may not have even known that bit of discovery was out there. The only way she would know is if the defense made an extra copy of the tens of thousands of pages for her. Most likely they gave her what was relevant for her defense but didn’t waste paper on the rest. I wish Mason would make an official statement and share the facts so this nonsense will be put to a halt. I have to say I don’t regret not having a facebook or twitter account. They allow people to create fake profiles, post as multiple IDs, threaten, defame, bully and intimidate. The social media platforms are nothing more than a bully playground when it comes to the subject of Casey and Caylee Anthony. I bet if they required personal verification before activating an account not much of this would be going on. If you want to see the new pics, Amelia Sobel has them in her twitter pics.
Zuben: Good to see you this morning. I too have been following along on twitter and Amelia seems to have a lot of snap shots of rob and jason talking. Not sure its real, or amelia photoshopping. A few days ago it was that Cheney made rob turn over all photos and video’s through the lawyers and that rob is looking at 10 years. But now Rob is claiming that kc emailed the photos and videos to him. Rob has gone out of his way to blame others. Making up an email story is not going to cut it. Kc brought up skype in the first video and I truley believe this is where the remote access derived. Email can be proven or disproven very quickly and easily. I do believe kc would be naive enough to use a simple password that someone could figure out. Like a childhood dog, or pontiac or ashton or something in her life. She needs to use a generated password. I believe if Cheney can get a subpeona to get records from the service provider, they can find out very quickly.
Saturday Night Live did a skit on Kc’s new dog. I am not sure what to think about it other than this makes her an official celebrity.

If the story is to be believed, the wording used by ‘Rob’ implies he didn’t hack the account because he had the password, given through public information. If this is true he is playing with words, hoping that legally, this isn’t hacking or stealing. At least that is the way I’m taking it. I could be wrong though. I agree that skype seems more likely, looking at some of the pics that don’t look like the diary portion. But, if he hacked into her skype converstation that is illegal too, I would assume. Would Casey trust this guy and chat with him via skype? Maybe but if so I don’t think she would ever give him permission to broadcast it. Maybe he could legally get away with that though. He couldn’t have handed everything over if more new pictures are being published or sent through pms. This whole thing infuriates and saddens me at the same time.

In order for him to leave her defense team, I think he would have to get permission because he was lead council, or at least make it official that Mason is now lead. There would be notice at the clerks site, which only shows Simms leaving. Again, there is no reason for her to stay on. It only takes one attorney to handle the appeal.

Zuben: I look at it like this. If there is a box full of tools in the middle of the road and you are driving by at 3am, that does not mean you can take those tools. That would be stealing. So therefore, if you are skyping with someone and you discover their ip number, that does not give you permission to take their files off of their computer. As a matter of fact, even if they give you the password, that does not give you the permission to take their files. I have many keys to many businesses and I would never think of taking anything. I work at a place with 2000 end users and I know hundreds of passwords, I would never even so much as think about taking anything from them.

I think I came to this site shortly after Casey was found innocent but I don’t normally visit non “mainstream” media type sites related to this case.I didn’t research who set it up, but it first appeared to mimic Jose Baez, so I gave it little credence at the time and moved on because I didn’t think he would have such a site. (That’s not a slam, just my impression at the time and I was focused on media outlets). I also went to a few others at the time but they were so horrific, I never went back. I am not a blogger and I have only commented on this case since the verdict and mainly at the Orlando Sentinel, where they call me a troll, and I assure everyone, I am not.
However, tonight, I saw something on the Orlando Sentinel about my user name that freaked me out so, I am posting this after seeing posts by nts here (I am surprised!), who, I think has also had some issues with the OS from reading some of her/his posts. I suppose I just want to say I saw a post of mine from the main comment boards reposted on hals blog from a hater. She was asking hal if he could help her out with my name and if he could “shed some light on it”. It was on 1.16.2012 if anyone is interested.
Anyhow, I am really mad, but I wanted anyone here who ever has any issues with the media, to know and to inquire if they know of others with similar issues. I hope someday Mr. Mason and Baez go after these media thugs and hold them responsible for the mess they created in this case and make Casey rich. She deserves it after all this.
